Home Builders Association of Louisville Great News! The House just passed a bill that will extend and expand the housing tax credit. The current $8,000 first-time buyer credit has been extended and a new $6,500 move-up buyer credit will be available through April 30, 2010. You also receive 60-days to close by June 30, 2010.
