I experience the same reactions from people, often times. There is a hesitation that you are presenting something that is not "mainstream". It becomes "mainstream" only after the concern level affects the way products are made and marketed, prior to that it is really uphill.

Read Moreare out doors is the Shaklee suntan lotion and Basic H. I heard several years ago that Basic H works as an insect repellant so that is what we use. As for the Lyme disease, you could ask my chiropractor, Dr. Henry Cohen for a regimen of Shaklee products to alleviate the symptoms. He's helped my family and me a lot. He introduced me to Shaklee 9 years ago. I do know that with ailments and diseases, it's best to double or even triple the amount of nutritional products taken. Doing that, along with seeing Dr. Cohen is why my girls are rarely sick. I will keep your adorable little princess in my prayers.

We educated our neighbor by intentionally going outside when he was nearby and practicing our safer methods. He asked why we did it the way we did. We explained about the health concerns for our kids and he's seemed to use less since then (still not down to zero, but it's better than before!)
