Sue Has anyone else been affected by HD "technical dificulties"? I placed an order on 20 October & it still hasn't arrived. They say they had some technical dificulties, but I received an order I placed a few days later within days. Do you think maybe they just lost my order in the system? Also is there a veggie alternative to the free gift please? lol

Louise Chantler Hi HD. Can you tell me the difference between Omega 3 Fish Oil and Cod Liver Oil? I have been taking Cod Liver Oil for possible osteoarthritis but was wondering if fish oil was just as good, as fish oil supplements often don't mention joints as one of the benefits? I read that the main difference was that Cod Liver Oil contains vitamins A and D. Thanks, Louise

The difference between Cod Liver Oil and Omega 3 is that Cod Liver Oil is sourced from the liver of a cod and naturally contains vitamins A and D, however Omega 3 Fish Oils are sourced from the white flesh of oily fish such as mackerel or herring and do not contain any other vitamins. Cod Liver oil contains Omega 3, however they are not usually as strong as Omega 3 fish oil supplements.
