High Plains Camping The U-Pick Organic Garden might be finished for the year, but we're still passing out potatoes from our harvest. Come & get it!

High Plains Camping No TRICKS about it ... those staying here tonight will receive a TREAT ... Anthony's Beehive flavored honey sticks.

High Plains Camping The hot tub isn't quite so inviting right now, but since this shot was taken the winds have finally died down. It hawled all night, and the power flickered countless times. As of now, we're on our way up to 46 ... so afternoon looks far more promising for those roads to reopen.

High Plains Camping If the wind would stop, I'd invite my guests outside for a little snowman building! Roads are closed all around us right now. Guests will have to sit tight and wait to see what develops for morning travels.

We believe in supporting Kansas & in encouraging everyone to buy Kansas products. For travelers, it's a way to take home a reminder of your trip. For Kansans it's a way to keep Kansas alive. There's a nice mention of us in this blog by the Kansas Sampler Foundation.

High Plains Camping As the owner I enjoy hearing how friendly my employees are with guests, but it's equally as grand for me to know my park is in some great hands when I travel to attend professional conferences. This week's conference gave me some new ideas for 2010.
