I keep asking the supporters of this bill to do the math on their own situation, before telling me they support it. Key to remember:
1. You will NOT be permitted to negotiate directly with providers to pay cash on your own.
2. You will NOT be allowed to "self insure."
3. Unlike auto insurance--which the MORONS continue t...o use as an analogy--you don't get to decide the kind of coverage you will have. You MUST provide the same basic coverage provided by Medicaid: medical, dental, etc. You will be forced into coverage you don't need or want.
I believe this is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Someone better provide the Constitutional authority by which this is being IMPOSED on the citizens of this country, while the Congress and other groups are exempted. That is a violation of our right to "equal protection" under the law.Read More
