I wish we had a H L store close! Des Moines(98 miles) is the closest.It's the best place for Bible School crafts & one of my favorite stores when we go to DM. Can't go home without checking out the Hobby Lobby store!

I agree with above comment. I used to think Michaels was "the craft" store. But Hobby Lobby has so much more...and it's not messy and cluttered like Michaels. I Love their fabrics, mostly the upholstery
Walmart will be closing their craft/fabric by 2010. so, I wish someone would open a great fabric store. With the economy down, women are pulling ... Read Moreout their sewing machines. We need somewhere that provides findings, patterns, materal from outing to satin, zippers and all the other things we need to sew.

My youngest waited to the day of his school play to decide to tell me that I had to make him a costume. HL you once agian came thru for me. I got cloth and made a fab stone age costume and you all made it happen for me. Love you guys the most.
