Welcome to Baltimore.
At least you weren't there at night. It is 10 times worst, and you find people asking you for advice, and if they want money, they will complement you and tell you that you look very nice and stuff. Next time, I may have to find people, ha. Oh & drunks are amazing too, esp. old guys :)
