Join us for the HSPC’s Rescued Cat and Dog Adoptathon, Saturday November 14, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Local author Nancy Sullivan (a long-time HSPC volunteer) will be on hand from noon to 4:00 p.m. to sign copies of her two newest stories: “The Gentleman Caller Cat” is a story about Toby, a feisty stray tomcat ...who rescued a whole family of stray kittens in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Lessons I Learned from the Cat.
“Clover and Bear” is a heartfelt story about two terrific dogs who were rescued by HSPC volunteers after the tornadoes in 1997 in Chicken
Soup for the Soul: Lessons I Learned from the Dog.
Both of these books were released late in September and would make terrific gifts for the animal lovers in your life. Books are $15.00 each. All
proceeds go to HSPC.
Come check out the wonderful HSPC cats and dogs available for immediate adoption and get your signed copies of the books. For more information, visit HSPC’s website: www.warmhearts.org or call 501-227-6166.Read More
