Ted Cormier Have you ever balanced a large exercise ball above your head with one hand while also standing on one leg? It's tough but a few of us did it last night at the 6pm Strength Conditioning class with Alicia. We looked pretty silly I am sure but it was fun and helped us burn some holiday calories. Ted Cormier I had a blast at Strength Conditioning class again last night with Alicia the instructor at the Huntington Avenue YMCA. The interactive game where we tossed the ball back n forth while balancing the large ball between the wall and our backs was challenging, fun and helped us learn people's names in the group. Ted Cormier Kudos to Alicia-the Monday night Strength Conditioning Instructor. I have been going to her 6pm class for about 2 months now and though I am sore and exhausted, I feel better and she makes the class very fun, enjoyable and worth the agony!
Huntington Avenue YMCA The New 10 Minute Target Class will teach you unique exercises that focus on the muscle of the month with our Personal Trainer’s in the free weight room (December’s muscle of the month is Triceps). The 10 minute target classes meets at the welcome desk on (Weekdays at 7:30am, 10am, 5:30pm, & 7:30pm. Then On Saturday’s At 10:30am, and 3:30pm). Spaces Are Limited.
