The IHOP Facebook page is dedicated to our fans and guests who want to talk with us and others who share a fondness for IHOP. We are flattered that you would spend time with us to share your IHOP experiences, ideas and stories. We also welcome your suggestions and constructive feedback on how we can do better. While we welcome feedback, it can’t be at the expense of why most visit this site — to share with others that have similar interests. Having the site go in a different direction would go against why this site was created.

We want to manage this site in a manner consistent with what our fans expect and with the terms of service of Facebook. We expect all communication on the site to be respectful. Sometimes, there may [will] be individuals who disagree or demonstrate behavior that is outside the spirit of why this page was created. If this happens, we may delete posts. If an individual’s disruptive or disrespectful behavior continues or an individual attacks another poster or any individual or organization, we may ban that individual from the page. If enough posters show an interest in a topic, we may also create areas for discussion of that topic.

Because IHOP is responsible for this page, we want to make sure it remains a positive experience for all. We appreciate your help in ensuring that this page remains considerate of our entire community.
