Over forty students from four high schools visited our office last week to learn a little bit about insurance as a career and the role of insurance in their lives. During the visit the students, who were all juniors or seniors, took a tour of the office, with IIABNY staff explaining the roles of various departments, f...rom the education department to IAAC, the IIABNY member services division. Some of the students got to shadow IIABNY employees and others participated in the filming of an episode of an "Ask Tim" vidcast. The also participated in a classroom-style discussion of insurance careers.
