Hi, I am facing the exact same problem as Ryan Tey Yee Xuan below. I made two orders about a week ago. Order BM033714 & BM034027. Order BM033714 was cancelled because "the system could not verifiy the
personal address and billing information". However, few days later i was informed via email that BM034027 was despatch...ed. I tried emailing the customer service for an explanation, but there was NO reply at all. I am certainly not happy about this.

Unfortunately I had some problems with my first order on this wonderfull site.
The package has arrived to me open and lacking of many orderly products.
I contacted you more times but I have not received any answer.
I really don't know what I had to do.I was very enthusiastic of this site and its products ( pa...rticularly for dazzledust and nail polishes!) and I would not want to change my opinion.Thanks for the attention!

Sandy Clarkさん i got my new Barry M lipstick colour-marshmallow number-101 its da best ! i can see why they called it marshmallow ! its a skin colour lipstick with a pale pinky tint in it! like a pink marshmallow colour but a little paler. i highly recomend this lipstick to all ! :D da best !

In addition, BarryM charged my Debit Card and then cancelled my order, claiming that BarryM can't verify the billing address. I then emailed BarryM and no news was heard. Pls improve your customer service
