Michelle I'm so frustrated by ING's refusal to allow me to access my account information using Mint. For six and a half years I haven't had a bad thing to say about this bank; but today I am shopping around for another checking account to use for my day-to-day transactions.

Ed ING just lost me as an 8 year customer due to their poor business practices. Sorry ING! Been a long 8 years but, I'm off to American Express! They have a 1.7% APY to boot!
