International Partners in Mission Students from Ignatius High School (Cleveland, Ohio, USA) are in El Salvador this week, and spent today learning embroidery with IPM Project Partner, Mujer y Comunidad. Learn more about this, and other IPM Project Partners at www.ipmconnect.org.
International Partners in Mission The IPM Educators delegation spent the day in the community of Las Marias. Las Marias women's group is working with Guadalupe Calderon to build a school for their children. Currently these children have to walk a very dangerous path to school. Now many mothers keep their children home rather than subject them to the dangerous walk. Others walk their children to and from at great expense of their work day.
International Partners in Mission Educators traveling to El Salvador with IPM began the day with IPM project partner Nutrivida. The group is facing the extreme challenges of changing ideas about diet and nutrition. They then moved from the San Ramon community where Nutrivida carries out its work back to Zaragoza to visit the St. Martin de Porres School (pictured below) which provides a safe alternative to gangs.
International Partners in Mission On IPM's annual "Educate the Educators" Immersion Experience, in El Salvador all this week, the group got to visit IPM Project Partner, The Sister School, The teachers and student s in grades 1 through 9 study and work toward an education that is truly the only way out of poverty in a country where 50% of its people live on less than $2 a day.

The IPM delegation in Kenya crossed this former river on their way to meet with the Kandula Community Project, an IPM Project Partner. They have been struggling without rain for 12 months, and their crops are failing again. Please join us in supporting their
