AirDye

AirDye  Noticed I do 30 the other day and realized, I *already* do 30! Are you washing your clothes on cold? Your duds are clean and you save money and the planet. Not a bad combo.

The I do 30 initiative is spreading in Europe. But Americans could eliminate 45 million tons of CO2, just by washing most of our laundry in cold water.

I do 30 COP15 clearly shows that it is us, the consumers that have to force a green future on the politicians and companies. We need more than ever to DEMAND climate friendly choises. We need to vote and buy GREEN - to save our planet.

Lise

Lise This sounds promising, but is it realistic? Do all bacteria die at 30 degrees in eg. underwear? Plus, I've yet to get the sweat stench out of my running clothes at 30 degrees - any suggestions?
