Since 1939, the Pennsylvania Communication Association (formerly SCAP) has promoted teaching, research, service and de...velopment in all areas of human communication. This award presentation is part of the group's annual conference, this year celebrating "Seventy Years of Communicating in Neighborhoods Near and Far." Past winners of the Speaker of the Year Award include WQED's Josie Carey (1960) and Fred Rogers (1972.)

Merritt I think when you are done "testing" breakfast places in (and around) Pittsburgh you should catagorize them by North, South, East, Downtown, and West, provide the names and addresses of these places and we can all go check them out. I'm always looking for a good place for breakfast AND it is hard to find a good brunch in this town.
