I've thought a lot about these questions. Outside of my role at Intiman, I personally feel that as Americans we need to redefine equality and unite to make certain we aren't denying anyone their rights. Specifically regarding Gay Rights and Health Care. I think a great leader is someone who stands up for their beliefs - and fights the good fight for/with us all. Someone who can also listen and be compassionate. Lincoln was flawed, as we all are. But we can all be heroes, too.

I don't think that a great leader needs to be a huge public figure. In fact, in our current media environment, it seems to be nothing but bad to be famous. But I have more impact with the little things I pass on to my children (biological and otherwise) and friends and family than I ever would being a public figure. Be the best you that you can be, and it WILL change the world.
