Good customer service...yay. My ten year old Jansport backpack had a
part break on my last trip, and with a call to their service center,
they're shipping me out two replacement parts free of charge, no
questions asked. And even the phone call was toll free. Jansport, you
rock.

Kristen I would like to see you guys make a backpack slings that goes over your left shoulder. Every single one I've looked at goes over the right shoulder and I carry bags on my left!!! Anyone else have this same problem?
