Joanne Here in Charlottesville, Virginia, we had very heavy rains during the night. I understand the James River south of town will rise quite high. Now it is 63 degrees and starting to get very windy as the front moves out of the area.
Carmen Rouse it's really warm in Tampa, which is weird this time of year. Thunderstorm came rolling in. Lots of lightening, and thunder. Humid, about 72 tonight. Miss the chilly weather. So much for winter in FLA.
