Gayle Fleming The Arlington, VA KW office is hosting the 2nd Annual Pay It Forward Pay It Down Benefit fundraiser on Nov. 12th for the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC). Keller Williams Arlington Community Total Support (KW ACTS) was formed to fundraise for charitible organizations in our community. Last year we raised nearly $30,000. www.kwacts.org

Adding KW Cares to the 5 day in checklist has increased our donations dramatically! KW Cares Show your heart! Your market center should have received a packet of hearts to give to all associates who donate to KW Cares with each closing. Hang the hearts in your market center and send us a picture of everyone who "takes it to heart."

KW Cares Congratulations to the Atlanta – Sandy Springs market center for being the top market center in donations (over $12,000!) to KW Cares! The Austin – Southwest and Newport market centers rounded out the top three—great job everyone!
