I need help! Where do I start?

1. Explain KW Cares and how we help our
agents in need – and how they can help
too.
2. I ask everyone who would like to
participate to stand up and hand in $5 per
chance to win. (they can donate more if
they want – four chances equals $20.)
3. Explain that I will toss a quarter in the
air and let it drop to determine heads or
t...ails.
4. I then ask each participant to place their
hands on their head or tail.
5. We go through this exercise until there is
only one left standing, and that person is
the winner.
6. The winner gets half the pot or something of value!
