Probably Wednesday or Sunday. I'm guessing both Friday and Saturday will be quite busy, but of those two, Friday might be your best bet (maybe some people will crash and burn from a whole day of shopping during Black Friday). If you go with some patience and an open schedule, its easy to enjoy even if it is a bit busy.
