Shelton and Kimberly meet on a blind date set up by a mutual friend. At first they thought they would only be friends but found themselves inseparable the day aft...er their date. A little over a year later, Shelton planned a surprise birthday party for Kimberly, telling her the party was for his cousin and upon arrival found out it was for her. At the party he had guests give her Hallmark love cards from him through out the night. He then pulled her up in-front of the party, telling her they were going to thank the guests and proposed with a speech he could not remember. Shelton loves to play poker, hence the date 7/11, a gambler’s favorite numbers. It was also the Matron of Honor’s, Kim’s sister’s birthday. Kimberly wanted to be able to look back at her wedding and be happy with every unique detail and thanks Sam of Royal Photography for making that possible.

Craig's proposal to Kelli came at his home after Kelli had finished directing her first Christian Youth Theater production. Her family ...had come in from out of town and anxiously waited outside the room where they knew Craig was proposing with the ring he had designed. On Valentine's Day Kelli walked down the isle, preceded by her Matron-of-Honor, her mother, with her Grandmother's rosary incorporated in her bouquet as her something blue. The couple kicked off their reception with a choreographed bolero dance as their first dance and guests were satisfied with a grand cake complimented by two satelite cakes. In all, there were 5 flavors of cake to choose from.
