Get in the mood for fall by whipping up some pumpkin pudding. Make 1
box of sugar free vanilla pudding according to the instructions. Stir
in 1/3 to ½ of a can of pumpkin. Top with cinnamon and Splenda and a

Kingley Health Snack of the Week: Homemade applesauce. Ditch the sugary store-bought applesauce and make your own in the microwave. Simply core and slice apples and pop them in the microwave for 6 minutes or until soft. Leave the peel on for extra fiber and nutrition. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and mash the apples with a fork for a healthy treat. Top with slivered almonds for added protein and crunch.
