Kingley Health December 21st Snack of the Week: Combine 1 cup Wheat Chex cereal 1 cup pretzel sticks broken in half and ¼ cup roasted, lightly salted almonds in a medium bowl. Drizzle with 3 tablespoon bittersweet chocolate chips, melted chocolate; stir to combine. Spread the mixture on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate... until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days

Kingley Health December 14th Snack of the Week: Zesty Bean Dip & Chips Combine ¼ cup fat-free canned refried beans, 1 tablespoon salsa, 1½ teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro and 1 minced fresh scallion (if using) in a bowl. Serve with 1 ounce tortilla chips (about 10). It also works well as a sandwich spread with your favorite vegetables and a sprinkle of cheese.

Kingley Health Snack of the Week, November 16th: Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Snacking on 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds will provide you carbohydrate, protein, B vitamins, as well as calcium, vitamin K, and important omega-3 fatty acids. Pumpkin seeds can be eaten raw, baked, roasted or toasted.
