Knox County Happenings Another "rained out" Operation Red, White and Blue project completed today. Mayor Ragsdale and staff planted a fall garden with students at Gap Creek Elementary. Big thanks to Knox/UT Ag extension staff for their help with the education program. We also left students with a rain barrel and a composter and instructed them on use.
