Hi Rob!!! Yes, we are in the Pasadena Whole Foods....please ask for us there (which makes an enormous difference in getting the busy team members to focus on reordering when they sell out, on giving us a visible spot in the store, etc)!!!!! ENJOY when you find us!!!

Regarding green packaging: with our snacks, protecting them from moisture is critical to avoid spoilage etc. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot of packaging that is as green as we would like it to be, that provides that moisture barrier.... various forms of plastics, some better and some worse, seem to be required.

(Especially as we never use any sulfites or other chemicals or preservatives in our naturally delicious, pure and healthy snacks, which are organic and fair trade, with the most positive impact possible, for people, communities and local and global environments.) ... See More

We are constantly working on this question of packaging, with experts at universities, labs, much bigger companies, etc, all around the world, with consumer products/packaging/scientific trade publications, conferences, etc. We commit to being on the forefront of whatever can be done, that keeps our food fresh and safe, and is as green as it can possibly be!!!!

Unfortunately we have found some packaging options that sound great, but really its kind of greenwashing scam; and we have found other options that sound promising but aren't fully developed yet.

done. I went down there, got lost in the store for awhile and then spoke to one of the managers. Have you been in that store - it's THE MOTHERSHIP i mean it's enormous and there is more than a bit of irony in a store like that which is so huge.
