Kuddos for Mr. Lavoie. He really knows his stuff. I think all students middle school and up should see this so they can understand what their peers are going through. It should be required viewing for every person who touches the life of a child. While I'm on my soapbox.....The definition of "Diversity" needs to change so as to include people with learning challenges (i.e. "invisible" disabilities). Discrimination goes far beyond race, religion, etc. these days!
