You know this could be very true ....I hadn't thought about it to much until the other day when a fellow employee asked me about my faith's response to Halloween. While we were talking I found out he thought we were very strict in our beliefs. As the converstation continued the Warren Jeffs thing comes in etc ...I ended up heading home late as I ... Read Morespent some time explaining the various splinter groups and the LDS Faith ...are very different from each other. And that I am of the LDS Faith and would never be able to stand by those other faiths' standards ..especially when it comes to their children, female and male alike.

I could stand in the back of our Stake Center Chapel and take a picture with a wide angle lens and it would look just like that. I think the photographer was using a 25mm or shorter lens to get it all in. He was standing very close to the building and had a very poor angle for getting the 'Whole Thing' in the photo. There is more on the other side you can't see.

usually the only way to see it the same year is to go to the actual performance, which is free but ticketed. There are highlights from the performance on Music and the Spoken word the next Sunday, otherwise you will have to wait until next year when the DVD comes out and they play it on BYU TV.

I have a friend who's husbands grandparents live in Samoa and I'm happy and grateful to be able to let them know that the church is able to get help there for them. Especially since they said the post office was distroyed so money and packages can't be sent.
