Amanda M. Bradley-Porbeck I am so sad they are closing down our store (#1594, Jonesboro, AR). We are really going to miss the clients, our co-workers and atmosphere. I couldn't tell you how many of our clients are sick to death over this (especially the petite ones) closing.This town was really lucky to have a store like this and will be sorely missed.

Jackie Are they not selling shoes online anymore? I wear a size 10 and I know they stopped selling that size in store...but now I can't even find shoes online...only a few pair under sale. Am I missing them somewhere? Thanks!

I emailed them last week and they said they have NOT discontinued shoes and to keep checking the website. They do not seem to be getting new merchandise updated on the web as quickly as we are used to. Also, it seems their holiday collection is late in arriving... or maybe it is there and I just don't see it as holiday...

Christi Mckinne I had an AWFUL experience today with a sales associate at the Town Center, KS Loft Store. It was bad enough that I may never shop there again. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow. I am very sad about what happened. She totally ruined my opinion about the store!

I have filed a complaint and have spoken to all of the managers. BAsically, this one idiot girl (Lori I think) would not let me return a sweater because she said it was not on my receipt. it was in fact on the receipt because I went home and typed in the number on the web site and the exact sweater popped up in a picture. REALLY long story short, the girl has yet to admit her fault or apologize. I wont shop that store ever again.
