LancasterARTS

Purpose: The purpose of LancasterARTS is to enhance the arts presence in Lancaster City for the benefit of artists, arts organizations, residents, and visitors.
 

About: LancasterARTS is a non-profit organization that serves as a hub within the arts community, cultivating an environment where the arts can flourish.
 

Support: Support the arts with a tax-deductable donation of $50 ($15 for students) and receive a limited edition locally made Friend of First Friday button.
Donations can be made on First Fridays at the LancasterARTS kiosk in the Art Garden, located at the corner of Prince St. and Chestnut St.
Donations can also be made through the LancasterARTS website.
 

First Friday

About: First Fridays occur on the first Friday evening of every month year round and are a unique way to experience everything downtown Lancaster has to offer.

With a large number of galleries concentrated in Lancaster's charming downtown district, it is easy and fun to stroll the streets, browse the galleries, meet the artists, and purchase fine art to grace your home and office. Along the way, you will find a range of distinctive owner-operated boutiques and shops with unique and eclectic products not duplicated elsewhere. Complete the evening with a meal at one of the numerous excellent downtown restaurants that offer menus from casual to fine dining. Whether you are looking for sophisticated or funky, retro or edgy, antique or contemporary, you will find it in downtown Lancaster.

First Friday is a Free event.
 

LancasterArts Kiosk: Look for the LancasterARTS kiosk on First Fridays! The LancasterARTS kiosk is located in the Art Garden on the corner of Prince Street and East Chestnut Street. If you have any questions regarding First Friday, you can have them answered there.

Music will be provided by Matthew Wilson (keyboard and vocals) at the Lancaster Arts kiosk on First Friday, September 4.

Fall ArtWalk

About: Fall ArtWalk is an event that takes place once a year in the Fall.
Fall ArtWalk features music in the galleries, art on a plate, dance in the streets, and interactive art installations.
