What is Braggot? Centuries ago it was common in northern Europe and Scandinavia to mix beer and mead together – this concoction was termed Braggot. (Mead is a wine-like beverage made from fermented honey.) In moder...n times Braggot is made by using barley malt and honey in near equal quantities in a brewhouse. We used 215 pounds of honey in this beer. By comparison we use roughly 5 pounds in Chaco Canyon.Read More
