Laura Schroeder Lohr With $1000, I could fix the drainage in our yard that was done incorrectly by Lennar. We could regrade the property so water does not pond around our home. Since Lennar has refused to fix it, I could hire someone to correctly establish drainage. It probably is not enough to complete all the repairs on our BRAND NEW home, but it would be a start.

Why is that rude? It is the truth. It was rude that Lennar has totally ignored our warranty and has left our lawsuit we won unpaid.
