Telathia Tolbert Does anyone know what they are calling the Leaders and Participants for Saddle Ridge Ranch? I thought i had seen something about "Wranglers" but I can't find it listed anywhere, and I don't know if that was for the participants or the leaders.

Heather Dendy Martin I've got a question....we were thinking about attending a VBS Preview Event this year for the first time. Someone had told me that included in the registration for that you get a VBS Kit?? Does anyone know if this is true or if any VBS products are included in the registration for the preview?? We were just trying to figure out how to budget around the cost of the preview event. Thanks!

Angela is correct. You get a VBS t-shirt and an exclusive VBS preview bag. You also get access to get discounts on VBS t-shirts and leader shirts by attending the event. There are stores set up at the event, so if you don't have a store near you, you can purchase any products you need there. Hope to see you there!

We are about to start development on VBS Tools Online for 2010, and I need some help in determining what functionality needs to be added, tweaked, etc. I started a forum about it on our VBS Community, but you can also comment here on the blog. Any suggestions?

We normally download the info to an excel sheet and fashion our own nametags, but if there is a way to make nametags within the Tools Online program that would be easier for my registration people to deal with and cut out the 2 hour "how do we make nametags again" powwow each year. Maybe it can be set up like the learner registration page have ... Read Morechoices of inclusion and exclusion - Name, Parent's name, Class, Allergies, authorized pick-up person, emergency number, etc.

I'd like to be able to choose which parts of the registration form I want to have required. There are some default required fields that I don't necessarily need to be required, but I haven't been able to figure out how to take away that requirement.
