    If I need to make 50 offers in order to get one deal, I have 48 to go! Instead of looking for 48 deals by myself, I think it's easier to get 48 deals come to me. Isn't it?

    There goes a new GMail, a Google Voice # and a new Craigslist Ad. I wonder how effective it is to get 48 deals that way. :)

    A new listed property is solid in 3 days at $13k over the fair market value. Are people crazy?

        ‎Shawn Mottley It's interesting you brought that up. I just met a Russian guy (looks like drug dealer - kidding), who flips his house with whole bunch nice upgrade and wants to sell $30K above the market value. I don't know how long it will... take to sell that house.

        The house I mentioned above had 12 cash buyers making offer. I guess you were right.

        Now I am not sure who I am competing with. People drive Bantely to look for house? That's a bad sign for small player like me. :)        See More
