Robert Liparulo First WHIRLWIND reviews ( http://bit.ly/8QpXE5 ) "Amazing" ... "how can he keep improving when each book seems to be about as good as it can get?" ... "best book yet." :-) I try to write entertaining stories, but always wonder if I hit the mark.

Alex Curtis in the dream house king series, did you ever put any thing in there that you might have day dreamed your life to be? something you wished had happened to you? so if you couldn't have it be for you, you could let someone else be allowed to live it?

It would be a blast to go back in time, check out all those times the Kings got to see--course, I wouldn't want to face the dangers they do, but other than that, it would be fun. The clearing, too. That really was a dream I had, and would love to have a clearing like that behind my house :-)

Alex Curtis do you feel your story going on with out you writing it, like the reader feels it is?

Alex Curtis (reference to the dream house king series) do you ever just sit back and take it all in about how all the characters in your book can easily be killed off or just disappear, with the next book? You can easily just type it, and make it fact. It can really amaze an author about what he can actually do to the reader; make... them cry, have hatred toward an imaginary person, or make them have a new look on life, with just the written word. Amazing it is.

Typically, I'm as surprised by what happens as the reader is. Once the characters and action get going, I'm not sure authors are really scripting them as much as merely recording them.

that's a good point of view, but that would mean that you feel you dream is an actuality, just as the reader feels it.

Robert Liparulo The winners of the drawing are Chris Wood and his sister-in-law Charlene Heath, who recommended my fan page to him. Each gets to choose a signed copy of any of my novels; a galley of Whirlwind, or a Dreamhouse Kings tee shirt. If you didn't win this time, hang in there: we'll have more drawings soon.

Mark Allan Hey, question for ya if you have the time, I am looking into reading some new types of books, I typically just read Ted Dekker, but my question is, if I were to start reading your books, which book should I start with of yours to really pull me in?

That's a tough one. I like them all, and they're all different. Ted endorsed the Dreamhouse books, but they're young adult. Of the adult books, I'd say either Comes a Horseman or Germ. Horseman is a bit more cerebral, while Germ is faster paced. Let me know what you decide. Thanks, Mark.

They both look really good. I think I'm going to start with Horsemen. I was just now reading a review of it on christiany.about.com and they both used Ted Dekker and Frank Peretti in the review of which i both love and the story of it looks very intriguing...soo yeah, this book looks pretty awesome! I'll definitely have to order it soon!! Appreciate it!!

Comes A Horseman is a really great book. I couldn't put it down. After the Dreamhouse Kings series I'm either going to read Germ or Deadfall.

Robert Liparulo OK...we're putting together the list of new members of this fan page, the people who recommended it to them, and posters since the contest began. I've asked Jake Chism of Fiction Addict to select the winners in a blind drawing (he can't see the names, only numbers). We'll post the winners later this evening.
