Carol Morrison Have just spent 7 fab days in Vegas. Got a free upgrade from Pyramid to Tower room and couldn't fault anything. Room was very comfortable, maid service excellent with plenty of clean towels every day. Thank you for a wonderful first stay in Vegas.

I stayed at the Luxor from Nov 8th to the 14th and wasn't very impressed. I had a Pyramid Deluxe room on the 9th floor and the room smelt very musty and like stale smoke. I had towels (two) and a sheet with holes in them. The king sized bed I had had queen sheets on them that didn't fit all the way to the bottom of the... bed. There was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the bed where it was bare matress. I asked for a refidgerator and was told it would it would cost $20 per night, I was told I could upgrade to a tower suite for $35 per night but there wasn't one available for the Friday night so I'd have to move back to my original room for the last night. A couple of the concierges were great but I asked one how to get to the outlet mall and was told "you can catch a bus" and then she walked off.Read More

still waiting to hear about in room, mani-pedi for the nite of the 25th,
ALSO just checking to make sure our room is a SPA suite with a king bed and a queen bed, (instead of a King and no other bed). We have our kids in the room with us ...and will be needing a king and a queen bed.
We requested a strip view room if possible.
