Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) Come to Lansing on Tuesday, Nov. 10 to hold your lawmakers accountable. Concerned citizens from across the state will descend on the Capitol at 10 a.m. to tell the legislature to take care of its unfinished business. Visit SOS! for details and to RSVP.
SOS! was established by MASB, MASA and MSBO as a vehicle to assist schools in dealing with the funding crisis, and create solutions from within the school community. Many school organizations are joining, and we’ll provide an ongoing list of the member organizations as we formalize those relationships. SOS is working on both short- and long-term school funding issues.

Brandon Hall has had a great day in Lansing kicking off the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) annual conference! Then went to the Capitol where city leaders statewide protested the loss of police and fire jobs because of revenue sharing cuts. A lot of passionate people there sick of the Lansing culture that puts partisanship before people. WE CAN DO BETTER.
