first of all you cant use a level 11 color on a level 6 cause it wont lift....colors level 9 to 12 should only be used on hair that is a natural level 7 or 8 ....you cant lift color with color....you can only get that level 11 on a level 6 with bleach ...use blondor bleach with 30 vol ....youll get the color you want...blondor can go on the scalp ... See Moreso you will be fine but do the root last just so you dont get hot roots....if you need to tone it then you can use the level 12 color on top of the bleached hair and it will be fine

I am a level 5 naturally, i always prelighten with vlight and 20, then I tone with 10AV in socolor. If my hair is too fragile I use 10a and 10M sync it works great. For your gold ban use colorerase and alttle warm water just on the band it will be gone. a good shampoo is the new Biolage Delicate care, it is not too heavy and works fantastic
