Mid Central Community Action, Inc. Heartland Head Start is expanding! Representatives will be at MCCA on November 12 & 19 during LIHEAP walk-in hours to answer questions and take applications. Heartland Head Start offers free pre-school and family servies for families that meet income guidelines, with children age 3-4 by September 1, 2009.
