Karen Eight years ago today, my husband finished his last radiation treatment at MD Anderson and rang the bell loudly. He's been cancer-free ever since! Thank you to everyone in the Head and Neck Clinic and the entire staff at this great place!

Janie Wood Fuller Just found this through a friend. This is the best facility! They took wonderful care of my mother who is now 10 years cancer free! Hard to think it has been that long. Without MD Anderson, don't know what we would have done! Thanks to everyone there for the care and support provided to patients and their families! You guys are wonderful!

It's a matter of time before everyone will get cancer. It just depends on how long you lve. The lucky ones will just die before the cancer finally attacks them. The rest of us just get to go through life hoping we get better or don't get worse or whatever.. don't smoke, don't eat red meat, don't breathe the air, don't paint with VOC's... this world is ridiculous.

Catalina Hi
Does anyone know when the hospital is getting the H1N1 vaccine? I know there are places already in Houston that have them and also know that in the State of Florida there is a surplus of them.

Why is it taking so long to get them here where is SO important.

Thank you

The institution has recently received a limited supply of H1N1 influenza vaccine. Because of the current supply we have taken a “tiered... Read More” approach to vaccine distribution. Currently only health care and emergency medical services personnel who have direct patient contact and individuals whose names are on the high-risk patient care list will be offered vaccination at this time.

You can read more about it here http://www.mdanderson.org/about-us/for-employees/employee-resources/employee-health-and-well-being/programs-and-services/employee-health-well-being-programs-services-influenza-vaccination-campaign.html
