Did I read correctly? Amy Courter is the national commander of CAP? Awesome! She was the Michigan Wing commander back when I participated. Col Saile was my squadron commander. Crazy stuff.
I would have to agree with SSG Rhoads, CAP definitely provided me with great experience and leadership training. I am five years in ...the Air Force, just made SSgt myself. I plan to get my commission within 2 years or so. I will be finishing up my degree at Texas A&M, in the Corps of Cadets ROTC. I owe much of my previous and present success to the leadership training I recieved in CAP. I had the great pleasure of judging a MI Wing drill team competition as an Air Force Honor Guard member 2(?)years ago. I saw alot of talented individuals, with much potential.
Anyway, If anyone is curious about the Air Force, let me know!

Pam Paulin Yo Facebook gurus.....get your act together....Selfridge ANGB is absolutely awesome! What's wrong with you all? :-)

Pam Paulin Mark, This is great! Thanks for watching out for Michigan Wing. BUT the address for Wing HQ is wrong. It is not Mount Clemens....It is Selfridge ANGB, MI 48045-4933. Just for the record. Selfridge has its own post office. Otherwise...guess what....your favorite pain is the 50th fan. :-) ~Pam
