Throughout high school Rob knew that though he got good grades, university was not for him. He enjoyed working with his hands, problem-solving and trying to understand how things work. Rob later realized that his decision to participate in the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) instead of going to college or u...niversity was the best decision he ever made.

Throughout high school, Andrea wasn't sure which career path she wanted to take and often felt estranged from friends with clear career goals. With such a gentle, kind and compassionate heart it's no wonder her co-op placement, at Sunrise Senior Living, turned out to be a perfect fit. Though Jessica has gained several ...years of hands-on experience in elder care, she plans to attend college and university to further her academic knowledge of gerontology.
