Malaysian AIDS Council KUALA LUMPUR, November 20, 2009 – Chevron Malaysia Limited (Chevron), which operates in Malaysia under the retail brand Caltex™, will be organizing a charity sale and mobile awareness exhibition for the public in celebration of World AIDS Day 2009 from December 1 - 4, 2009. The event will be held at the Menara Milenium... foyer, Pusat Bandar Damansara, Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. Items up for sale are Malaysian AIDS Council merchandise - including World AIDS Day signature t-shirts by designer Melinda Looi - a range of attractively-priced Caltex™ lubricants, books and much more. All charity sale proceeds will be donated to the Malaysian Aids Council (MAC) to help and assist AIDS patients. For further information, contact Mohd Hakim at 03-2289 6688.

In addition, MAF funds prevention, treatment and care programmes conducted by the Malaysian AIDS Council (MAC). MAF also distributes corporate donors’ funds to support projects which have been unable to secure government funding or projects located in parts of the country where resources are scarce.
