Yes, it works with Windows 7 RC. However, in the x64 version, you are not able to right click and scan specific folders/files via the Explorer context menu extension, as it does not show up.

A workaround is to open up a 32-bit version of Internet Explorer, right click on a link (any link) and choose Save Target As... and change... See More ... Read Morethe "Save as type" to "All Files." Within this window, you can browse to the file or folder you wish to scan and right click on it and now the Scan with Malwarebytes option will show up.
