Hi Renee, I agree Malwarebytes is the best Anti-Malware program out there. Norton's is an Anti-Virus program. They are two different applications for different purposes.

Not entirely true. AVG, Avast, McAfee, and a few others can tell you that you have a virus and not be able to get rid of it.

I've had viruses and trojans that were found but couldn't be fixed with every major scanner, but I've always had good luck with Trend Micro products at work and at home.
If something slips through I use Malwarebytes or combo fix.
I change things way too much to use imaging, but if you don't, that's a good solution.
