His name is Marley & may have been spotted at the intersection of Clapboardtree & Nahatan in Westwood around 9 am today. He weighs 16 lbs, has big bat ears and not familiar with the area so he is rea...lly lost. He loves people and other dogs. If spotted, please call the Westwood police.

Medfield Animal Shelter Three Corgis arrived at the shelter today. They went right to the vet where they received their vaccinations, were treated for fleas and worms and will be spayed/neutered this coming week. There are 2 girls and a boy.
Wasn't it nice of Carmen and Cora to come to the Medfield Animal Shelter and help to make it a Happy Thanksgiving for the shelter pets. They brought fresh greens for the bunnies and food for the cats and dogs...

Medfield Animal Shelter Diamond was adopted as a kitten from a local rescue group seven years ago. When the person who fostered him found out he had been given up to a big city shelter that often has to euthanize cats when they run out of space, she drove to get him and brought him to us.
How fortunate are we to be part of a community where 7 year old children are so thoughtful and generous that they give up birthday presents for themselves and ask family and friends to help homeless animals instead. That's just what 7 year old Sarah (right) did...
