Mekong ICT Camp is a regional week-long workshop for skill building and experience sharing in ICT and new media for NGOs and independent media practitioners. The workshop focuses on the emerging needs in Mekong sub-region (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam), with global facilitators sharing their knowledge an...d insights. Three major themes are are E-Management, E-Infrastructure, and E-Advocacy, which modules ranging from 'knowledge management and team collaboration using web tools' to 'how to setup and run a community radio'. Every materials are designed towards the use of free and open source softwares, as well as open-standard tools, for sustainability and efficiency.
