Mercersburg Council for the Arts Volunteers are needed to help with the orchestration of Mercersburg Council for the Arts ArtOberfest on Saturday, October 17. Duties would include selling t-shirts, set-up, and manning the MCFA table/handing out brochures. Times in which we need volunteers are 3:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. (approx.)
