Michael Chiarello

Michael Chiarello is an award-winning chef, Emmy-winning Food Network host, tastemaker behind NapaStyle, wine grower, and cookbook author. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and twice named Chef of the Year, Chiarello incorporates his passion for sustainable living into all that he does. From the purveyors he chooses as chef/owner of Bottega Restaurant (www.botteganapavalley.com) and his artisanal products for NapaStyle (www.napastyle.com), to his earth-friendly vineyards (www.chiarellovineyards.com) and the storylines for his Food Network show, Michael shares his unique perspective on what comprises good food and healthy living.

In Summer 2009, Chiarello stars in the new Bravo TV series, Top Chef Masters (www.bravotv.com/top-chef-masters), as he competes with 23 other acclaimed national chefs to win $100,000 for charity.

Throughout his career, Michael has combined his Southern Italian roots with Napa Valley living to pioneer culinary and lifestyle trends. Michael’s ongoing endeavors inspire friends and family to gather around the table and create meaningful traditions in their own lives.
