march and april are the months when pollen is high. Just a heads up. Some ginseng tea is good to drink during weather change. I have allergies too. There is this bluebonnet vitamin called "Super Quercetin," It clears your nasal passages and you breath clear for 8hrs, and you can take another two the next 8 hrs. It works too.
