Carlos, one of the requirements for the international applicants is that they must have four years or more degree or have equivalent experience in the particular industry. The degree requirement is driven by US government requirements for securing an H visa. The H visa requires a 4 Year degree or equivalent work experience, which would have to be ... Read Moreproven that the work experience would allow the candidate to secure an H-visa. Though you have not graduated, you do have four years of education nonetheless. I would suggest that you do apply online for the jobs that you are interested in Redmond just to have your resume on our database where our Recruiters can view your qualifications. They may find that even though you haven’t officially graduated, your combined education and experience are enough to qualify you for a particular position.
